A mix of Phil's bombastic trumpet pyrotechnics and gravel-voiced blue-eyed soul singing, this is an album which will please many of Driscol's fans though personally I much prefer his instrumental work. However, there is some funky production here and if you are a hardcore Driscol enthusiast you might want to investigate.
