I was an avid listener to Phil's music for quite sometime
before I got a copy of this great 80's release. I had heard
the top ccm song "Morning Light", which connected to me,
that I have loved from the start of it's first hearing:thanx
Phil great song!
The less than 3 minute "Happy" begins side 1 of lp;
great 2 minute plus guitar intro (what Phil is known for):
this song and afore mentioned are on his "Time" cds 1 & 2,
from 1995. Phil wrote every song on this album & provides
bgvs for the songs as well; wtg Phil! I luv "Cherish The
Moment"; "we may never pass this way again, though we may
be
reflective". I appreciate that Phil references Bible
scripture for each song. I luv the chorus to title song
"Play Thru Me"; great music for it. "His Master's
Voice" is such a song of beauty ( a better lp closer).
"Morning Light" would've faired better as side 1 or 2
starter song; it is quite the album high-light song.
Glad to have this album. GOD Bless! - Don
