This is great. Prem Joseph is a Rochdale-based Asian pastor with a lovely voice and a handful of very talented friends from across the different cultures. His album (the title means "privilege" in Tamil) is an interesting mix of Indian and Western sounds. So we hear Tamil takes on hip-hop (the title track), funky pop ("Destiny") and Norah Jones-style jazz ("You Are"). The most intriguing track here is the closer "Num Maharajan" (King Of Kings). It opens with two guys talking over Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus" before turning into a bass-heavy rap attack, then morphs into a few other things before reaching its climax. Fantastic stuff! If you have even a slight interest in Asian culture and its interaction with Brit culture - or are just curious as to what talent exists within Britain's Asian churches - you really ought to give this CD a listen.

Excellent music quality and very uplifting indeed! My whole family loves every musical minute! We are now addicted to it and listen to the CD every morning in the van as we drive the kids to school!
God bless you and help you in the years to come as you produce more anointed music.

This is a brilliant CD. My whole family loves this CD, and we have 2 copies, one for my car, and one for my wife's. We don't understand Tamil, but the music is catchy and soothing. It's amazing to hear God's praises being sung in another language. There's a translation booklet in the CD-sleeve, that we've used to follow the lyrics. Fantastic and varied songs.

I was given a copy of this album and it has been the music of choice in my car for the last five weeks. I can't understand the majority of the lyrics because they are in Tamil but the music is so anointed that it lifts my spirit every time I hear it. The differing styles and genres of the music make for a very interesting album. First class work by a gifted man and excellent value at only £5.00 per copy.
