'The New Dawn' struggles to its feet and actually has some quite enjoyable segments which is more than can be said for Prince Joseph's other releases, 'Cry Freedom' and 'Joy Bell Of Love'. On the whole though, the lifelessness still dominates. Before you ask, yes, I do listen to quite a bit of African music actually. The promo promises "these albums will be the rage." Yeah, I can feel it already.
