My mum always told me if you can't say something good about something or someone you should say nothing at all. Well, I didn't always listen to my mum when I was a kid anyway so here goes... These CDs are so bland that they make listening to a three CD box set of 'Famous themes on the kazoo' (with spoken word extracts by John Major) seem like a stimulating evening in! The basic idea here is to take contemporary worship tracks and remix them in a dance style (now there's a new idea...). The problem with this particular rendering of such wonderful tunes as "Thank You For The Blood" (Matt Redman), "All I Have In This World" (Martin Smith) and many others, is that they have been so badly done. Stereotyped rhythms with the kind of house and techno sounds that might have sounded cool 10 years ago but today sound like they were produced by middle aged people who've never been near a club.
