Take six seasoned musicians and their chosen instruments (B3 Hammond, piano, sax, guitars, bass, and drums). Then add a dozen gospel tunes, including stuff by such worthies as Walter Hawkins, Fred Hammond, and Donnie McClurkin. Mix thoroughly, and you have a 'Sunday Morning Jam'; it certainly ain't quiet, but it ain't heavy either! Cool sounds abound, Ralph Lofton's B3 Hammond and Donald Hayes' saxophone are outstanding, and the other guys lay down a good solid platform to enable the soloists to shine. Running time is generous at just over an hour, and this is definitely worth a look if you are partial to gospel jazz, because this is a drop of good stuff.

I heard this group playing come by here and i was floored. I love to listen to good music because I am a muscian myself so i love all kinds of music. I would love to meet these players in person or be in the house when they're having a jam seccesion if possible. If that is possible would you please email me back that I might learn what must be done to make this happen. Thank you
