RPM are the youth ministry of Bradford's famed megachurch Abundant Life Church. Now their debut EP was only so-so but now the band, under the canny leadership of Jonathan 'Jock' James, really kick in with a powerful modern worship set, bristling with energy. This album and its bonus DVD set out to give a real feel for what RPM is about. Musically their style is full on rock with unison vocals though there are a couple of quieter songs here. The particular standout on this live album is the emotive "Throw Myself Into You" which I understand has been picked up for Cross Rhythms radio play. The DVD includes live videos of four of the songs, a documentary explaining what RPM is all about, their promo video and all the music scores for all the songs on the album. All of this is well presented in a "youth" style - all quick cuts and interesting camera angles.

RPM are probably the best Live Worship band in the UK today. Their mix of deep lyrics and rock style make their worship experience energetic and real. Great Album.
