Cross Rhythms gave heavy airplay years back to the haunting Rawsrvnt track "Breathe" which was one of the first out-and-out worship cuts produced by a rapper. Then in 2016 the Florida-based emcee gave a controversially positive interview about Donald Trump (and there can be few rappers around who would have done that). But leaving all that aside Eddy Puyol/Rawsrvnt is now back with this single "Get Away". "I just want to get away from this life I'm living," Eddy sings at the start of a wistful mid-tempo song. Those long term fans waiting for a rap to come in aren't going to find it. There can't be many rappers prepared to release a singing-only track. And it's a pretty good one.
