The theme of this album is a search for true identity inspired by a number of sources including author C S Lewis' book Till We Have Faces, which is a retelling of the Greek myth of Cupid and Psyche. Red have taken the theme and translated it into an epic, anthemic album. Award-winning producer and songwriter Rob Graves and mixer Ben Grosse (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fuel) have worked to produce another great album - Red's third. This is a continuation of the Pennsylvania-based band's trademark sound, with a haunting, sometimes dark and ethereal tone that seeps through the songs but always with portholes of hope, highlighted by the beautiful ballad "Best Is Yet To Come". Red are now just a foursome : Michael Barnes (vocals), Anthony Armstrong (guitar), Randy Armstrong (bass, piano) and new drummer Joe Rickard. The line "we won't hide our faces from the light" encapsulates the essence of the album on the track "Who We Are". If you enjoyed Red's earlier projects, this certainly won't disappoint.
