Okay, here's the deal: you want dance music and what's more you want decent Christian dance music. Is it too much to ask? It seems that the Rhythm Saints have finally answered our distress calls for decent dance music. This album is amazing in that it is a real bridge between the secular and the Christian dance world. It bounds with energy and originality, has polished yet surreal vocals, and a bass that would get your granddad dancing. It has to be said that this is one of Scott Blackwell's better attempts at commercialised dance music: the only let down is that it isn't a continuous mix, but this doesn't overshadow the quality of the album. The track entitled "World-X Remix" sees a change in tempo and becomes more ambient in its outlook and has strains of Everything But The Girl's "Walking Wounded Remixes" and talks about the youth culture in our post modern society. The Rhythm Saints are reaching new areas and possibilities with this album. Come on record companies, we want more albums like this.
