What a bonus - an album to review that I had intended purchasing anyway. This gem from the musical associate of Ishmael is filled with a mass of bouncy new songs, along with a spattering of lovely meditative ones. "I'm Your Child" is a quiet worshipful song which the children will enjoy singing and declaring truths to God. "Mary's Song" a modern version of the Magnificat, filled me with awe as I listened, a real treat. The children's voices come across very clearly - they obviously enjoyed themselves! The accompa­niments are innovative and generally encour­age you to take part - I loved the "Worship Workout" an instrumental to really get us praising. My other favourites on the album are "Acts Chapter 2, Verse 39" and "Cool Paul" which deserve playing over and over again. In fact the whole album really excited me - Richard Hubbard has a real heart for children and family worship and I want to encourage and support him in this and along with Tim Jupp (playing keyboards) who also works with Ishmael this has to be a winner. Finally my absolute favourite is no doubt "Jumper!" which says that I'm a jumper and a sweater for God - interesting eh?
