The Scot who deserves a break, that's RR. After a CD which should have earned him a great deal of airplay last year the offering this time moves Richard on to an even better overall product. There's no denying his Scots accent and the band is tight behind him thanks to Richard's realisation that in order to improve his chance of commercial success he must have the right people around him. There are 10 tracks here and tribute to his song writing skills all are worthy of attention. "I Can Do All Things" is a powerful driving Christian rock song which could be Richard's theme song for years to come. Just get it on full blast and I defy you to resist temptation, you must sing right along. "Looking For A City" has an opening hook which owes a little to "When A Man Loves A Woman" and is a class blues number. Richard's stock in trade is his lilting, infectious tone which comes through as strong as ever on "Sweet Peace To Me" and "Who's Gonna Be".
