In the ‘80s Saint were contemporaries of other Christian metal bands like Bloodgood and Stryper making a distinctive sound and building up a considerable cult following in the USA. Now it seems that hair bands are coming back in fashion and here in the UK we have The Darkness, perhaps this is a good time for Saint to reform! Featuring original lead vocalist Josh Kramer, many songs penned by bassist and original member Richard Lynch and the shredding guitar of Jerry Johnson, Saint are back on target and it sounds like the ‘90s never happened! Kramer sounds in fine form behind the mic with powerful vocals and unearthly screams firmly in place. Saint deliver nine songs of pure metal power and prove they haven’t lost any of their energy as they return to the classic Saint sound that should please their fans and win them more. If you’re new to metal, discover the music of these masters of rock.
