South African Leadership Training Time, or SALTT as it is known, is an event hosted by New Covenant Ministries International and features the talents of Alan Frow and Jon Daniel. The production here is excellent and they have managed to catch the ambience of the live event. However many of the songs seem to be rather unimaginatively cut from the same template as Hillsong United, Abundant Life and Delirious? on songs such as "You Call Out The Stars" which examines the "greatness" of God and "Hallelujah (Forever You Will Reign)" which is an upbeat praise song. So, unusually, it's ancient hymns "Be Thou My Vision" and "Holy, Holy, Holy" which work best. This is not a bad recording but, if truth be told, contains nothing to make it stand out from the saturated praise and worship crowd.
