A very easy-on-the-ear seven song cassette from a Harrow based singer/songwriter whose rounded vowel sounds and sweet purity of tone suggest a trained voice. Her songs, largely in me-and-Jesus spiritual relationship mode, are all wistfully melodic and the budget-recording arrangements are usually understated and pretty sympathetic (save for the synth trombone on Terminal"). Outstanding are the poignant "All I Have To Give" and the plea for environmental sanity "Earthbound". Yes, this lady knows how to put a song together and her very Englishness makes a nice change from all those Mid Atlantic voices coming from our stereos.
