Fresh from collaborating with Johnny Juarez on the Latin singer's most recent album 'Here I Go', Orlando-based guitarist Sean Spicer has teamed up with teenage singer Laura-Lee Cascagnette on this 11 song release. Cascagnette has a great pop voice - reminiscent of '80s stars Jane Weidlin and Debbie Gibson - and it's not surprising that the opener "My Creator" and the pure pop of "I Can Do All Things" have received radio airplay in the singer's native Canada. Whilst the '80s soft rock sound courtesy of Spicer and producer Rawle Alcide occasionally sounds dated, there is enough variety in this collection to keep things interesting with punchy numbers like "Shout" and "One And Only" sitting comfortably alongside the more reflective title track and the folk-tinged song of devotion "Can't Live Without You". Spicer and Alcide share songwriting duties and they, together with Cascagnette, have succeeded in reflecting the glory of their creator in a way that is assessable to the everyday listener.
