'Everything Is Different' is Shane & Shane's seventh studio project and is an album with contributions from producers including Peter Kipley (Mercy Me, Kutless), Jason Hoard (Fee) and Steve Churchyard (The Eagles, INXS, Kelly Clarkson). The album was recorded in San Diego and Dallas but in the vocals of Shane Everett and Shane Barnard you will hear a tinge Nashville, Tennessee in the crafted, acoustic pop. Occasionally though a rock feel shows through like on the title track which, as it turns out, is a re-write of the classic hymn "Hope Is Built". Acoustic tracks include their version of "The Lord's Prayer" which swells and swells into an anthemic conclusion. Also, "Great Reward" is a beautiful worship song.
