This is the three-track debut from a five-piece band who describe themselves as being on the underground folk scene in Aberystwyth and are clearly tongue-in-cheek humorists. But as Marc Catley proved years ago with wince-inducing comedy attacks on worship culture, bad playing and singing doesn't sound funny, merely bad. The vocals are out of tune, the players are often out of time with each other, and the recording quality is very poor. I would suggest that while it is possible to get away with some of this in certain types of live context, a lot more rehearsing and performing are required before thinking of putting something down on CD.

I just gotta laugh [at the review].

I still think they're awesome!
But yeah, as Weird Al Yankovic said - I guess it pays to rehearse! LOL
