As the Oslo Gospel Choir has long demonstrated, the sound of gospel is today not the sole preserve of the African American. Nor for that matter is it only Scandinavians with the desire to don choir robes and get into some call and response fervour. This choir come from Germany. There's some great stuff here. Listen to the slow "River Of Love", Asa Nomark is an outstanding soloist, soulful without resorting to the contrived hysteria that sometimes mars the American gospel sisters. Excellent material (hearteningly, all original) and a choir I'd definitely go to se if they get to the UK
