This album is being released by Soul Survivor in order to promote the outreach this summer in London for Soulinthecity 2004 which will follow along the lines of last year’s Festival: Manchester. ‘On The Streets’ is also included as the second disc in this album, for a review of this album look online or flick back to issue 77. The ‘Let The Streets Resound’ album features the likes of Tim Hughes, Paul Oakley and Delirious?. But before you get excited about this line up you will probably find that you have already got most of these tracks. Every track on the compilation is well produced and recorded, but the album doesn’t seem to have a cohesive theme, instead there is a mix of praise of Jesus “Name Above All Names” and reaching out for the lost “To Love The Lost”. Both CD’s include footage of the Festival: Manchester outreach and the proposed upcoming mission to London. Hopefully some people will purchase this good value double album and be inspired to join the other 20,000 young people in London.
