Dan L, Dan D and Dave R comprise the 3Ds who along with varying support have come together to produce this lyrically in-your-face blues rock album of 10 original songs. Sadly the quality of production is lacking as although the drumming and acoustic guitar are tight, the blues guitar has become dissociated, even discordant in places, whilst the vocals are over-dominant in the mix. Lyrically this wants to be no holds barred evangelism with a call to God that is demanding. It may well fit for the men's ministry that they are involved with, calling men to stand up and act like mature men of God should. The line of attack is suited to a nominal Christian audience who need convincing and a kick to start running the race of the Christian life. The guys who have put this together have worked and grown through the process, and that will positively serve as an example to the men's ministry they serve. This recording, however, is regrettably not of a calibre likely to inspire a cynical world used to professional standards of production and musicianship.

Cruel Rhys, cruel. Are you saying only young people can bring listeners to Christ? You missed the boat dude. God doesn't use age dicrimination and neither should you.

"Reeks of old men" - Tell that to Billy Joel and Elton John as they perform for another sold out audience. I actually thought the music had a very positive and upbeat message. Although I didn't like every original off the CD I did like quite a few of them. I'd give it a B- Rock On!!
