Originally from Ghana but now resident in Wales, Steve is an engineer during the day, a musician by night, and choir leader at the Assemblies of God Church in Bangor on Sundays (in addition to being a husband and father - talk about multi-tasking!). 'Nutifafa' was originally recorded in 2004, in the studio Steve built in Ghana before relocating to the UK the following year. Musically, it ranges from the reggae feel of the title track, through the pulsating Hi-Life of "Lolo Vivina" and the Latin-influenced "Amenuveve".- all very enjoyable, despite the language barrier a non-Ghanaian listener may encounter. Steve is another worthy addition to the growing number of UK-based Afro-pop gospel acts and this is a great album, even if you're not a fan of African music. So put it on, turn the volume up.and in the words of Paul Wright, "Give him your burdens and get your body on the dance floor."

And the curus say "makafuwo da madzi haviviwo, wo asi nudowo

Could you please forward my comment to steve? Could he get
in touch with me? Or tell where i could find that song
again.
