Many artists can't even release one album full of their number one singles, let alone two, but this is not the case for the award winning CCM singer as his second volume of 14 US Christian radio number ones is released. Lyrically the songs are strongly biblically-based numbers showing constant themes between his songs such as love, hope, faith and how we should appreciate the lives we have in such a violent world. Although some of the lyrics in his songs such as "All About Love" are repetitive, they make the message in which Chapman is trying to portray very clear that the world was not made for people to fight but to love one another. The pop, rock and occasional country-tinged songs here have been crafted with perfect melodic structures while the production from such luminaries as Phil Naish, Brown Bannister and Brent Milligan is exemplary. "Heaven In The Real World" is one song which really stands out due to the powerful speech at the beginning of the song which stated "hope is in the power of God working through the hearts of people". This statement shows that when people don't know where to turn to in times of violence and demoralisation, they can always turn to God for the answer, showing that there is hope. As with most compilations there is no continuity within the songs while the gap between recording years (1990-2011) means that some of the songs sound a lot more dated than others. Having said that, this album is still a good way of showcasing Chapman's musical craft.
