This is the latest fare from Ireland's premier Christian youth festival, hosted by home-grown musicians Andy Flannagan and Ian Hannah, who have both led worship at previous SM occasions, along with relative newcomers Luke and Rebekah Sullivant. The majority of songs are fairly seasoned favourites of the past decade - and while the lack of original material may be disappointing to some, these are great tunes every one, and most suitable to a live worship setting. So we have a couple of Redman beauties ("O Sacred King" and '"Blessed Be Your Name"), two lesser knowns from Ben & Robin Pasley (of Enter The Worship Circle), as well as ones created by Phatfish, Ms Zschech and NI compatriot Robin Mark. Ian Hannah's unhurried "A Man Of Sorrows" has a certain Graham Kendrick tone to it, while Flannagan's own "Help Me Hold On" is swiftly followed by an embrace of the kid's chorus “Jesus Loves Me”. Each song is well performed and delivered with a sense of genuine passion, not least the rising drama of the closing, intercessory "Let It Rain".
