Although this album consists only of seven songs the quality makes up for the quantity. Tammy Lindsay is a extraordinary newcomer who will be a force to be reckoned with in the '90s.  Her talent and choice of songs are a winning combination which will have you singing along once you pick up the words.  My personal favourites on the album are "Be Encouraged", a duet with Calvin Carr, the style of the ballad bringing BeBe and CeCe Winans to mind and "All I Have Belongs To You", which is a soulful worship song which reflects on all that the Lord has done for us and how we can honour His sacrifice. With styles ranging from funk to soul to traditional there's still a flow that keeps the listener interested.  Black gospel music lovers will find 'Introducing Tammy Lindsay' a pretty devastating introduction.
