With the exception of a Janice English number, veteran Dave Clemo's new band is light years away from the original output of "the Kettering cowboy". Now, aided by high octane rock guitar from Jamie Jones, the band do gritty, punchy, rock worship and anyone who's been touched by Dave and Sue Clemo's ministry over the last few years will know he is an anointed worship leader. Doing covers of classics from Smith and Redman is unwise though on the upside cracking original songs like "Such A Mystery" and "For Such A Time As This" demonstrate that you don't need big record companies to make worship that is relevant and exhilarating. Angels (financial supporters rather than heavenly beings) made this album possible. Corby's Premier Studios haven't let them down.
