Not really new, but to many UK fans this will be a welcome addition to the fine traditional music of the JPUSA's Celts from Chicago, The Crossing. Previously unavailable in the UK (and also unavailable anywhere on CD), this album is the band's first two-cassette release on one disc. This, by the band's own admission, is a little rougher than 'Dancing At The Crossroads' or 'Dorcas', but that doesn't take away from the skill or excitement of the band, and anyway, isn't this music meant to be a little rough? Well worth getting hold of if you can, The Crossing bring a little Irish twinkle to the CCM industry with every release.
