This album has been hewn from a live recording of the Band's concert that was taken from a gig at The Kings in Newport (Ray Bevan's church). Judging by the audience's reaction, the concert itself was probably a good one although I doubt very much if it was good enough to be taped for public consumption in the shape of an album, as quite frankly the overall production falls way below what I consider to be an acceptable standard. The songs themselves will be very familiar to most Christians rooted within the Black Pentecostal movement as they are performed in typical fashion coming straight out from within a usual service set-up of praise and worship. On top of that, there are some very familiar choruses that have been given the up tempo treatment to sound positively rewarding, namely "Jesus We Enthrone You" and a reggae version of "Ascribe Greatness". But the best track to be sampled here is "You Are Somebody" in which the entire band are introduced to an appreciative audience amidst a frantic disco rhythm complete with all the percussion and bongos your ears can tolerate. DMI are a good band but overall this is a below average recording.
