The Joystrings 'Well Seasoned' album ifull of amazing rock tracks, lovely ballads & Christmas songs. Many folk say that the Late Larry Norman was the pioneer of CCM music. Larry once said "I was not the pioneer of CCM, the Joystrings were!' This is a fact & I have been in contact with Bill (Davidson - lead guitarist and lead vocalist with the Joystrings) and he has said he met Larry Norman & there is photographic evidence (!!), so I expect Larry made that comment to 'the press', when he met Bill. So, lovers of CCM have a lot to thank the Joystrings for! If you have never heard any Joystrings stuff, start with 'Well Seasoned', and you won't be sorry - the album is amazing!!

Great early Christian Rock from the pioneers of non-traditional Church music . . . the Salvation Army. I only have the Mono version, but for an album that is 45 years old, it's pretty cool, man . . .

Hi there, Just to let you know you can still purchase the American, Epic Label, stereo version of 'Well Seasoned'!! This version also sports a different cover than the Regal Zonophone, British, mono released version. I purchased my copy from a seller in America, via 'MusicStack.com'. I am going to get the vinyl (stereo) tracks converted to CD. I've done this with my mono 'Well Seasoned' and that sounds superb, so I just wonder how good the stereo version will sound?!?! God bless you, love in Christ, Ian Rabjohns.
