With the Orange County lads in the final stages of a very long winded exit from the scene, I suppose it was inevitable that their label would want to squeeze the last sales they could form the devoted fans. So here's a 10 song compilation showcasing the band's praise and worship side. In truth, it doesn't show the band at their best. The band have nothing particularly fresh to bring arrangementwise to Tim Hughes' "Here I Am To Worship" and Fanny Crosby's "Blessed Assurance" while lead singer Matt Morginsky's voice is often peculiarly colourless when not bawling a riotous vocal in the ska style which originally catapulted the band to Christian music fame. The two new recordings here, the reggae original "Louder Than The Mob" (a song originally found on 'Supertones Strike Back') and the slow hymnal "Hold On To Jesus" will no doubt interest a few hardcore OC collectors. But in truth the band deserve a better retrospective than this.
