Despite the obvious U2 influences, this 3-song cassette shows all the potential and promise that made them such a hit at Greenbelt '91. Don't let the U2 leanings worry you. These guys have a superb feel for vast rock soundscapes and with songs as fine as "Hard Rain City", a shattering denouncement of homelessness, and the billowingly, haunting "Winter" one hears rock as effective as anything from mega-budget album superstars. At a bargain price of #2.00, expect dozens of postal orders to be winging their way to Farnborough.
