Out for months but somehow slipping through the CR net Walter Paul Robinette and Rick Eugene May have come on leaps and bounds from their album debut (see back in CR10). With ex-Chagall Guavara men Dave Perkins and Lynn Nicholls producing (and playing guitars) on this set its full of moody, aggressively astringent rhythms, some nice grungey moments with Mr Robinette wheezing and hollering surprisingly catchy song. Lyrics are a tad oblique but that's their thing. Recommended.
