Roots orientated music, composed by Marilyn Marshall and Crawford Mackenzie, which is simple, evocative and occasionally haunting. The songs reflect "the thrill, joy as well as the sorrows and struggles of the Christian life". Marilyn Marshall's voice in particular is very pleasing on the ear. Side one ends with a contribution by St Margaret's Worship Group. Very attractive.
