'He's Able' is a fine album cut by a new name who'd previously done session work with acts like Michael Jackson. The album itself is a fine compilation of soft ballads and genteel pop gospel tunes grooved in the same mould as perhaps Helen Baylor and Vikki Winans. Fabrique herself possesses a fine, cultured voice that balances out her songs to a very high degree. Instrumentally, many of the arrangements could have done with a bit more variation, many of her songs are dominated a bit too much by the keys leaving you with the impression that the next track sounded a bit like the last. "More Than You Know" is probably the best track while "You're Always There", provides the opportunity to become a touch more pensive. On a traditional front "Come Let Us Praise Him" provides us with a typical church song that really accentuates the quality of Fabrique's fine singing voice to the max. All in all a pretty good album.
