The feature elsewhere in this issue reveals a band with a desire to reach heavy metal fans and the 'body piercing brigade", according to Loz Joyner, lead singer and songwriter. With that in mind, you can expect a bass-driven electric assault on the eats with a wall of sound you'll love or hate. But, don't take that as a cue to turn to the next review just yet! This three-piece band's raw, and uncomplicated, musical style is full of vibrant energy which, on this seven-track HP, has been given the professional treatment by Robbie Williams' engineer Toby. And, whilst he's retained the band's essential raw quality, he has also brought a much tighter sound that enhances that crucial live feel. "Enlighten My Darkness" was written some years ago and. probably, remains the band's best track. Its ranting assault on the ears is an excellent opener to a promising mini album, which contains the odd musical surprise. You can catch the hand each month at an event called Against The Flow in Southgate. I'm sure you'll love it, and them.
