This is a compilation of instrumental tracks taken from five different albums featuring different instruments. The album opens with three guitar tracks from Sean Spicer's 'Olive Tree' including the haunting "A Thousand Generations" which, despite the album title, has a beautiful vocal refrain "He is faithful to a thousand generations" interwoven through the electric guitar riff. This is followed by four piano numbers from Calvin Jones's 'Dueling Pianos' including the title track and "White Water Chopped Sticks" - based on the favourite of piano teachers everywhere, "Chop Sticks" - both of which feature Teresa Scanlan, Miss America 2011, dueting with Calvin. Jerry Marcellino's 'Streets Of Light' then brings two saxophone pieces including "Rainy Love" with its jazz fusion Grover Washington Jr feel. Violin then makes an appearance from Les Morrison's 'Messianic Violin' - "Ma Navu" and "Holy To You". The album then finishes with "Streams Of Mercy", a track featuring vocals and stringed instruments from Joel Chernoff's 'The Restoration Of Israel'. An intriguing compilation.
