Whether by accident or design this compilation draws together a collection of tunes which are either gospel house or inspirational dance and is particularly useful if your budget does not stretch far, or if you don't have access to a dance specialist. There is music from Gerideau, Andrea Mendez, Gordon Nelson, Arnold Jarvis, Kerri Chandler, Michael Watford, Robert Owens and Farley Jackmaster Funk, all of which are gospel influenced. Plus there are the dance hits from Kathy Sledge and the Bucketheads. It is an indication of the current strength of gospel influenced dance music that half of a secular dance compilation comes under that category. The compiler puts these tunes here as they are popular - not because they are gospel tunes - which can only be a good thing.
