This free compilation EP ties up with the book by Chicago-based radio and TV personality Seth Tower Hurd. The theme is four "true underdog tales" from the acts Manchild, theBREAX & DJ Wade, Wit & Dre Murray and Heath McNease. As well as these there are inserts from Seth explaining his purpose as he looks at racism, poverty and how hip-hop music can be a starting point to address these issues. As expected Manchild kills it on his beats and lyrics, theBREAX & DJ Wade bring the hood, Wit & Dre Murray offers an inspirational track and Heath McNease his own quirkily individualistic self.
