The blurb inside the sleeve explains it all. "'Portrait Of A Spirit' was inspired by a desire to present a side of our artists, our guests and Pakaderm that would display our love for our Saviour. Over forty songs were reviewed to get the 10 we selected, that would allow each performer to explore this sensitive side of their nature." So here you get white metalers like Guardian and X-Sinner, an AOR team like Halo and country-rock man Richie Furay (great to see him back, is he a guest or a Pakadermer?) performing nicely arranged, anthemic rock-gospel. Guaranteed to gain US Christian radio play and very nice it is too.
