Last Christmas the various artists project ''Tis The Season To Be Gotee' was a bit of a hit in US Christian retail. So now comes another set of seasonal favourites where just about the entire Gotee Records roster get amongst the well known carols and Christmas songs (though what precisely the old standard "Baby, It's Cold Outside" - performed here by Johnnyswim - has to do with Christmas is beyond me). Reasonably good are Jamie Grace's reading of "O Come O Come Emmanuel", Abandon Kansas' "Do You Hear What I Hear" and Stephanie Smith's "O Holy Night" but it's the tremendous dubstep renditions of "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" and "Carol Of The Bells" by the Capital Kings which show the most invention.
