This compilation of 2005's best CCM music is part of a new single volume series of WOW albums showcasing the best music from each year, beginning with 2003. The largely American line up is certainly an enjoyable listen: classics like Newsboys' "You Are My King" evokes memories of festivals attended around the mid-point of the last decade. In general it's a very worshipful album, despite being billed as a collection of "radio" songs. Many of the tracks are fairly similar and fall squarely within the pop rock genre, the standouts being power ballads like Third Day's "I Believe" and Casting Crowns' "Who Am I". Other tracks on here are by Kutless, TobyMac and Jars Of Clay. All in all, this is a pleasant trip down memory lane.
