As the visual companion to the 'Wow Hits 2012' compilation album, this 90 minute DVD features 22 music videos from some of the biggest CCM acts around - Chris Tomlin, Third Day, Sanctus Real, Brandon Heath, Francesca Battistelli, Needtobreath, etc. The songs, of course, are catchy and the videos are intriguing, although I have to say of the 30 songs on the album version, these 22 are not the selection I would have chosen. Even though the track list doesn't quite meet the standard set in previous years, the highlight for me was newcomers Anthem Lights' acoustic rendition of their hit "Can't Get Over You", which boasts exquisite four-part vocal harmonies simplistically, yet stylishly. If you enjoy Nashville CCM you may well want this collection of vids.
