In this compilation Elevation have assembled a bunch of good songs by songwriters like Matt Redman, Matt Maher, Vicky Beeching, Darlene Zschech, Kari Jobe and Paul Field though we are left in the dark as to who precisely is performing them. Most songs are from the early to mid 2000s, with a lively version of "10,000 Reasons" (Matt Redman/Jonas Myrin) being one of the three more recent compositions. Other well-known songs include "Mighty To Save" (Reuben Morgan/Ben Fielding) and "Your Grace Is Enough" (Matt Maher). Styles vary from mainstream pop to more acoustic songs, like "The Stand" (Joel Houston) which features tasteful acoustic guitar and piano. Performances are more than adequate, but need something more distinctive, something with more striking style and character.
