Cross Rhythms has long enthused about the idiosyncratic talents of Ms Williams whose off-the-wall albums though an acquired taste have gained rave reviews in the mainstream media. The tragedy of Victoria contracting MS has at least brought many musos from all parts of the music biz rallying around her. Now despite her illness, Victoria turns in her best ever album. A standout is "You R Loved", a bluesy mid tempo gospel song with the singer momentarily putting away that squeaky little girl persona and coming down an octave to produce her most radio friendly cut ever. But soon Victoria's quirky eccentricity, bitter sweet lyricism and oddball vocals that make Julie Miller (a good friend of course) sound positively mature, surfaces again. A delightful album recommended to all Victoria's loyal clique of fans.
