Today Britain's Worship Central are something of a modern worship super group and singer/songwriter Ben Cantelon is probably the best known member. Worship Central's last album produced something of a classic in "Spirit Break Out" but though this is a reasonable set of songs nothing really stands out in what is today a very crowded modern worship marketplace. That being said the song "All That Matters" has an important message about our values, and I like the line "You've captured my rebel heart" - that might well resonate with our high spirited young people. The insistent percussion drives home the welcome message about God's mercy on the title track, and again there's an effective turn of phrase - "On mercy road/Goodness will follow me and lead me home." The soft piano on "Praise The Lord" creates a sense of intimacy though it does get more intense as it builds up to a crescendo (necessary?), so it was good to ease back into a piano outro. "Hideaway" features warm imagery of God and some soulful female vocals.
