Zion Noiz is a UK-based rap/media collective comprising a number of groups and individuals with diverse talents such as Green Jade, Royal Priesthood, Tryumpf and many more. They label their style/Christian message “tru skool” and have made a variety of forays into the secular scene, being on the verge of further promotion through their upcoming single and video entitled “& What!”. This CD single contains a variety of remixes of the anthemic head nodder “Stand Up”, laced around a techno reggae vibe which sits as well with classical hooks as it does with the heavier treatment. This is dynamic stuff, with a distinctive home grown flavour. I look forward to hearing '& What!' and more.
