Christian music's most significant supergroup captured on video during their last big tour together to promote their last album 1999's 'Supernatural'. I actually saw this tour when I was in America and trust me, it was big and beautiful. Huge staging, brilliant lights and visual images and a tight band putting the three front guys through their paces. Aside from the live footage of the best of the 'Supernatural' songs, there's the brilliant videos for "My Friend, So Long" and "Consume Me". There's the fast paced fun of "Since I Met You" and there's snatches of the acoustic set that the band do in the middle of the show. This DVD captures the band at the height of their creative powers delivering the perfect pop show mixing powerful musical performances with plenty of spiritual content. There are vignettes covering some of the band's outside passions - racial equality with the Erace Foundation, the formation of Gotee Records and Kevin Max's poetry (though he won't let us see his wardrobe!). All in all, this is an excellent DVD, although I wonder if you'll agree that Kevin dances like Norman Wisdom? Watch and see if you agree.
