Since their 2007 debut, teeny-poppers pureNRG have put out four albums and a couple of DVDs, and this farewell CD and DVD compilation marks the end of a rather short career. It is packed with the kind of tunes and beats that will instantly appeal to their target pre-teen audience. The 15 songs on this compilation are full of energy, enthusiasm and engagement, with snappy production and a clearly focused faith element. Jordan, Carolyne and Caroline put their all into the kind of music that will have your little listeners bopping about and singing along. Kicking off with "Dive" (one of two new recordings on the album - the other is "Hands And Feet") the momentum is maintained throughout the set which includes a cover of Kenny Loggins' "Footloose" (also on the DVD). 'Graduation' would be a great album to use at a holiday club or weekly kids' club while CCM oldsters might want to note that the writing credits include such names as Steven Curtis Chapman, Charlie Peacock and Michael W Smith.
