Comment:	It is not a question of loving the fallen, mercy or forgiveness. It's about scattering and destroying the flock. It is a question of restoration to the position that has been violated and sometimes continuously violated. Churches disolve, divorces happen, children are jacked up, people walk away from the Lord forever, lives are wrecked forever, but let's make sure the pastor saves his ministry, paychecks and lifestyle. What happened to being a servant of all? Forgive him, allow him be restored and then go get a job. Keep the molester out of the playground.
