Comment:	Husbads in America are deprived of ability to be heads of their families, heads of their wives, and therefore trully be responsible for their families. So, it's possible that he did not explicitly do anything wrong, but may be he was way too "loving" and "soft" to stop/prevent his wife/mother-in-law from doing something wrong. Is there a way to see the court materials?
